As for the hierarchy and their clinging to old forms, hasn't that always and forever been an issue? The Pharisees and the Judaizers are in Scripture for a reason beyond a good story. I think they are reminders of what to expect and why not to be discouraged. Truth has a way of rocking security, which is why so many resist it - even in good faith. Nevertheless, it always prevails. I took my iPad and MBP on a trip recently and my MPB only came out of the bag so my wife and I could watch Netflicks on a larger screen together. It's time to start a new moral revolution.. it's time to start a new dialoge to talk about realities.. in a sex saturated society which is exporting the same to all regions of the world..
