But, again, Some Bishops in America don’t see it that way… and thus stain the Church with their actions.

Every priest in the Diocese of Arlington knows of Father James Haley. And the Rev. Joseph Clark.

What both priests have in common is that their careers have been destroyed by one man – Arlington Bishop Paul Loverde.

Bishop Loverde was not amused when, starting in 1999, Father Haley began supplying him with names of adulterous priests, homosexual clergy and priests with a predilection for child porn.

Instead of immediately removing these clergymen, the bishop on Oct. 23, 2001, gave Father Haley four hours to move out of his rectory and suspended him from all priestly functions.

For every Bishop Bruskewitz, Chaput, and Archbishop Burke, there are many others who are wolves.

I just filled up my scooter.  Total cost for the gas was 4.00, I put in .97 gallons, and I had driven it for about a week and put 110 miles on it.  Seems to be working pretty well for what I bought it for, and my wife doesn’t have to drive around the land yacht and can rely on the smaller car to get things done.  All in all it was a good purchase.

That the Church is larger than the Bishops…. But you know…

They are the one’s that are supposed to be defending her, and protecting the faithful… this is why they are called shepherds.

I just learned that the Priest that helped bring me into the Church was accused of abuse.  The accusation predates his entry into seminary.  However this has still shaken me up.

Lets just say that my faith in the Church hasn’t been very strong lately and this has made just that much harder.  While the accusation isn’t from when he was a priest, it does happen that he is a priest now.

I have often said that Satan has played this last 50 years like a fine violin.  He has manuvered and played his pieces very well.  I know the end of this story… but you know… knowning the end and living through it are two very different things.

And I love it…  In order to get a Red and White one I had to purchase a new ‘06 model that had 2 miles on it.  Not bad and rides really nice.  On top of that its FUN.

Father Pfleger spoke at Obama’s Church and then Obama had to disavow the comments.

So, Father Pfleger, supports a man who can’t even ban one of the most gruesome acts of abortion. Wow… boggles the mind.

Like Bernadin before him, George has shown himself to be weak toward a priest who should not even been in the pulpit. Will George Remove him? I really doubt it. Given the latitude that this guy has been given in the past and the fact that George didn’t remove him when he pretty much said he was going to “Snuff Out” (when I was a kid… snuff out meant you were going to kill someone.) a gun shop owner.
